What we run

Every class is coached. If you are not sure where to start, start with the fundamentals.

Fundamentals 1

Beginner

60 minutes

This is where you learn how to box properly. Stance, guard, basic footwork, straight punches, defence, and how to move without everything falling apart. We take our time with the details and build good habits from the start. No experience needed.

Fundamentals 2

Level 2

60 minutes

Once the basics are there, we start putting things together. More combinations, more defence, counters, angles, and learning when and why to use things. The goal isn't just to memorize combos — it's to start understanding boxing.

Handpads

All levels

60 minutes

Padwork is a skill on both sides. You'll learn how to hold pads properly, how to give your partner good targets, and how to work combinations with timing and rhythm. It's one of the best ways to get better without just mindlessly hitting something.

Bag Class

All levels

45 minutes

This isn't just throwing punches at a bag until you're tired. We use the bag to work on technique, combinations, power, speed, movement, defence, and conditioning. You'll get a hard workout, but there's always a reason behind what you're doing.

Youth Boxing

Beginners

60 minutes

Youth Boxing introduces young athletes to boxing in a safe, positive, and structured environment. Classes focus on stance, footwork, basic punches, defence, coordination, and learning how to move with control. No experience is needed—just a willingness to learn, work hard, and have fun while building confidence and solid fundamentals.
