• Membership and transaction information, including your selected plan, bookings, attendance, purchases, payment status and limited payment details supplied by our payment processor. We do not intend to store full card or bank account numbers ourselves.
• Safety information, such as emergency contacts, relevant health restrictions you choose or are asked to provide, waivers, electronic signatures, and injury or incident records.
• Guardian information for youth members, including the guardian's name, contact information, relationship and consent records.
• Website and device information, such as IP address, browser or device type, cookies, pages visited and electronic acceptance records.
• Communications and optional content, including questions, feedback, marketing preferences, and photos or videos where separate consent has been provided.

2. How We Use Information

• Create and manage memberships, bookings, attendance, payments and customer service.
• Provide classes and maintain a safe training environment, including responding to emergencies and incidents.
• Deliver agreements, waivers, receipts, schedule changes and other operational notices.
• Protect our members, systems and business; investigate misuse; enforce our agreements; and meet legal, insurance and recordkeeping obligations.

We seek consent appropriate to the information and the purpose. Some information is required to provide a membership safely and process payment. Optional activities, including promotional messages and marketing use of identifiable photos or videos, will use separate choices and are not a condition of membership.

You may withdraw consent for optional uses at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed and may be subject to reasonable notice or legal and contractual requirements. A parent or guardian may be required to provide consent for a minor.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share only the information reasonably needed with:

• Service providers that support membership management, bookings, electronic signatures, website hosting, email, analytics, payment processing and secure data storage.
• Coaches, contractors and staff who need the information to provide services or address safety matters.
