Membership terms in brief
- Memberships — Founding, Ultimate and Twice a Week — are billed every two weeks. Cancel any time; your membership runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
- Founding is our launch offer: everything in Ultimate, locked at the founding rate for as long as your membership stays continuously active.
- Twice a Week includes four classes per two-week billing period. Credits reset with each period — they don't roll over.
- Freezing: memberships include one 30-day freeze a year. Billing stops for the freeze and the unused part of your current period is waiting when you return.
- Open gym passes need no booking — buy online, then just show up and train. Use them within 30 days of purchase.
- 1 Class passes must be used within 30 days — and if you join on a membership within 48 hours, the $25 comes off your first payment.
- Cancelling a class booking at least 2 hours before it starts returns the credit to your account.
